This was one of the most difficult and frustrating interviews I've ever had. To begin with, I went through 3 phone interviews. The people I spoke to were paleasant enough - very conversational. I didn't really get asked any "interview type" questions. I was then given a timed math test. 20 minutes to complete 40 questions of GRE level math. After completing that, I was given another phone interview. It, however, consisted of an inpromptu case. I wasn't prepared and was asked very technical questions. Surprisingly, I made it past the phone interview vetting process and was extended the opportunity to interview on-site in NJ. I came in and had 4 interviews back to back - 30min each. The first interviewer was nice and she gave me a case. The second consisted of difficult math problem. The third and forth interviews really turned me off the company. The third interview was another case, but my interviewer was super disrespectful. He made it a point to tell me he worked at Bain before, and was super snobby and very condescending. While I was explaining my case he wasn't looking at me, playing with his hair, adjusting his socks, and just generally looking disinterested. Finally, in the last interview, I was given a brainteaser. It wasn't too difficult, but the interviewer again was very arrogant and disrespectful. He laughed at the experience on my resume, and made fun of my interests. I think he was trying to come across as funny and nonchalant but instead came across as arrogant and offensive. In the end, he told me he had to leave early and take an "important call." Honestly, all in all, the last two interviewers and the whole protracted interview process was disorganized and terribly disrespectful. It left me with a bad impression of the company - I would generally try to avoid Jet. Maybe other teams are better...
