My apologies that you did not have a positive interview experience.
The only negative you described in your review seems to be the length of the final round interview, so I'll address that directly: Our final round interview panel is 5-6 hours (depending on role) and includes longer interviews with the team you'd be joining and a few shorter cross-functional interviews with other teams. We've considered removing the cross-functional interviews, but post-interview feedback from candidates has been very positive (candidates tell us they enjoy getting a better sense for the whole company and not just one team). As we are doing the panel remotely, we often schedule longer breaks in between every couple interviews to make the experience less draining, which is why yours may have felt longer.
