Jetson Systems UI/User Experience Designer interview questions

I applied online and got e-mail from them soon. Then I had phone screening interview with the project manager. Few days later I had another phone interview with the person on the similar position as I applied for. After that I attended to in-person interview in their office in Mill Valley. They didn't ask me that much about myself or my background/experience, but started discussion about their current project. We talked for more than hour and it seems to me like they liked the ideas I shared. I found their listings for the same job position aged for more than 2 months. It seems like they are just collecting the ideas but actually not looking for new staff.
