I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Jewel-Craft (Erlanger, KY)
Interview
Was immediately taken to chat while looking at the floor of workers, discussing locations of different positions and what some do. Then was taken to the head of HR's office. He was nice and professional, but also had a hard time answering my questions with a straight answer. This became increasingly apparent when discussing pay. Interview questions are easy, just know who they are and what they do. They put a big emphasis on family. It was obvious, however, that they wanted to hire internally. Head of HR made it perfectly clear that several internal employees were interested in the positions I was applying for and were more likely to get it because they already knew how the company worked, etc. I do not know why they were even interviewing people from outside of the company if we did not have a shot.
