Interview process was over Skype and once on the phone. The majority of it consisted of the recruiter telling me how great the company was and how much could be earned by the right sort of person. Red flag 1.
Upon arrival, got the impression they hired anyone who was keen to work as boss didn't pay anyone so didn't cost him anything to have people in the office.

Honestly didn't press me too hard on any questions, spent more time talking about himself, the role and how great it was, even when I'd no relevant prior experience in finance or in the industry. Red flag 2.
