Very short and easy. Simple questions were asked, no need for experience or education. I interviewed with khakis and a button-up. Short process, took approximately 4 days to complete. The interview was performed inside the shop at a table.

Sat down with manager, talked about snowboarding, got the job. We just talked about the bad winter and how awesome the sandwiches are. We talked about the weather that day too. There was a strong scent of illegal drugs so im sure that helped
