I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jimmy John's (Champaign, IL) in Nov 2013
Interview
Final Round Interview- They sat me down in a conference room, two people were interviewing me. They used my resume and a previous answer sheet from the initial info-session/group interview to guide themselves when asking questions. I felt they did not fully review my resume before because they were gazing over it and hesitating when asking me questions. Also, it was very comfortable, yet informal. They did not ask standard interview questions and it felt more like a conversation. The entire interview lasted a little over one hour and at the last minute the director walked in and distributed an oral drug test. It was very unexpected and I didn't even know that was allowed during an interview. After reading the company directives, they do not tolerate any drug use and they test their employees.

Interview
I just got a group "interview" which is what the called it. It was simply an information session. I prepared for questions and everything but not a single question was asked to the group. Just the interviewers talking at us and dropping the f-bomb 13 times in the span of an hour. I counted. So unprofessional and very male-centric as their language was sexist at times. Also, the job is just handing out sandwiches and working in the store. I didn't go to college to make sandwiches. So there's that. I just had an awful experience interviewing with Jimmy Johns and sincerely wouldn't recommend it.
