One on one person interview with the GM or the area manager. Sat down in the store during slow hours. This is not a high pressure interview by any means. They are mostly looking for your ethic, attitude, and schedule.

Why do you want to work here. What is your schedule like. How would you describe yourself.
They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.

Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
