The interview was surprisingly relaxed and welcoming. We started with a friendly chat and an icebreaker question, which helped calm my nerves. They gave me a good overview of the role and company, and then we discussed my experience and skills in a conversational way. It felt more like a genuine conversation than a formal interrogation, which made me feel more comfortable and able to showcase my strengths. They were clear about what comes next in the process and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me as a potential team member.
