I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Jo-Kell in June 2025
Interview
Without a doubt, this was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. The recruiter I corresponded with initially reached out to schedule a phone interview. I provided my availability, but received no confirmation. I followed up the next day, and the recruiter agreed to the original time. However, when the interview time came at 10:00 AM, crickets. I had to send a follow-up email 12 minutes later expressing that I was no longer interested. I didn’t receive a response until 10:26 AM.
If you're running late for an appointment, the least you can do is send a heads-up or reschedule in advance. I wasted hours of my time preparing for this interview when the recruiter knew from the get-go he was not going to interview me. This experience left a poor impression, and I will make sure to advise others to avoid this company.
Process was a three round interview. Between each round, there was not a lot of difference between the step before it. All in all the whole process took almost a month from first interview to job offer.

They will specifically ask how much you plan to make in the role.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jo-Kell (Chesapeake, VA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Very thorough interview process. You will meet with most of the leaders in the company. They want to make sure that you are a good fit for the culture of the company.
