I was asked a few questions about myself and work ethics. I was asked what I felt were the reasons I would make a good employee. I was asked if I would pass a background check and a drug screen. The interviewer talked a little about their company and the company I would be working for. It took a few weeks to get the background check and drug screen back. Once they were received, I was called back for orientation.
