I interviewed with this company several months back and had a very negative experience. After taking three days off from my current job, I was interviewed by the manager, who was completely unprofessional, firing questions at me about my personal life , and stated that I was "uncoachable.". I've never been so insulted in my life. She then went on to essentially verbally offer me the job, but stated she wanted to speak with my references first. I gve her three, and she never contacted any of hem. Three days later, I contacted her and she said that "things changed" and that I was no longer a candidate for the position. this was the secon time I tried to reach her o follow up. The first time she told me she didn't know go I was, because she talks to literally "hundreds of people a week." (this after three in person interviews in two weeks, and one 90 min interview with her just days earlier.) this was rude in my opinion. In this economy, don't waste peoples time if youre not considering hiring them. I checked with all three of my references and they were never even contacted. After 3interviews, you know whether or not someone is a potential candidate. Don't lead people on! Also, if you're the manager, it might be good to remember the names of candidates you interviewed THAT WEEK!
