Question 1
Due to your age, you maybe working with someone that is younger than you. Would that bother you?
I applied online. I interviewed at Jobspring Partners (Boston, MA) in June 2017
Interview
Got a call the day after I applied and had a in-person interview the day following that. Pretty average process, employees were very knowledgable about the industry and gave a good presentation about the company. Second round in-person was a sales pitch. They provided me with a "cheat sheet" that I had to memorize and then I came in to give the pitch. Went really well, however they said they were prepared to give me an offer only if I was going to accept it. I asked for some time to think it over but they were not too happy about it. Never heard back from them again, but it was overall a great experience and good practice to see what typical recruitment agencies are made up of and how to respond in that sort of interview environment.
