      18 Nov 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Santa Cruz, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Joby Energy (Santa Cruz, CA) in May 2013

      Interview

I was phone interviewed by the Technical mentor at Joby Motors (subsidiary of Joby Energy) for which I was given an interview call for. Most of the stuff he asked was on the resume and I could answer all of those questions satisfactorily. They wanted a person with background in Power Electronics in order to develop DC-DC Converter module for them.
