Joe Fresh Designer interview questions

Met with Design Director and VP separately, in 2 separate occasions. Interview was very brief, about less than 10 minutes. I was asked to do a project for the follow meeting with a few instructions and a brief look at their rig. The design space was pretty small but open, about 10-15 people without any cubicle walls. Staff was very mixed, and very quiet.
