Interview
The interview was conducted in their store, sitting at the table a few meter away from customer. It wouldn't be such embarrassing and inconvenient if there wasn't noisy and busy in there. Honestly, despite being asked simple questions it was difficult to focus on an interview due to loud music and surrounding rush.
Very casual, went over each aspect to try and become comfortable as that is the usual atmosphere within the store. I found it pleasant to be able to talk about transferable skills for the job.

Interview was in person and took place in the cafe at one of the tables. There were 2 other applicants, and questions mainly revolved around checking our knowledge of the products and personalities.

Multiple rounds including group interview, presentation and then phone call back. Online questions before that. You get a call back after the big group one about if you are successful or not
