It was quick. They asked you to dance. Asked about customer service. They asked about experience. Generally you have two to three interviews. i had only one. There is nothing more to add. They want you to write a novel about the interview process. My interview was short. I got the job just by saying hi with enthusiasm.
Misleading, did not mention that the Host is also a busser and cleans the disgusting bathrooms. Manager was arrogant and did not go over all of the job duties. Was made to believe it would be a fun experience to work there.

Meet with GM, then with one of the mangers. Offered the job on the spot. Interview was less than 30 minutes, came back in the next week for orientation

Easy one on one interview. Basically asked me about my life and what I do for a living. It was no more than 10 minutes. Really enjoyed the conversation we had. Very smooth.
