Jogan Health Solutions interview questions

Had an initial screening with HR then a video call with the marketing team. They asked questions about my experience and ability to handle multiple projects at once. The team felt unorganized though and couldn’t really describe the day to day functions of this role. Got a rejection email from HR the same week.

I had three interviews; a phone screen with HR, a video one with a marketing director, and an in-person one with the MD and two team members. It went very well, and I tried to schedule the 4th interview with the recruiter after they reached out expressing interest to continue. I emailed twice. A week or so later, I called the recruiter, and she accused me of not sending the email. I doubled check, and I did. She wanted me to call back again tomorrow, and I was ghosted. It sounds like based on the recruiter reviews from March 2023 that they were stressed and not supported. I truly wanted to work here. I liked the marketing director, but this was an awful experience and reflected poorly on the organization.
