I applied through university. I interviewed at John Crane in Feb 2018
Interview
The first round of the interviews was with the HR manager over the phone. She called me and we spoke for roughly 15 or 20 minutes about my resume and some basic behavioral quesetions. I was then offered another phone interview with the project manager, which is to be more technical. Should I get through that round, I will have a final, on-site interview to meet the staff in Morton Grove. This interview is for the "Engineering U" rotational program.
