The interview consisted mainly of Standard interview questions. The role itself and expectations were discussed. It ended with asking if I had any questions. Overall a not too difficult interview.

Interview
The Interview process was a bit long but did allow me to get to know the people I could be working directly with. It consisted with 2 separate 1 hr Zoom interviews, one with my supervisor, assistant supervisor and another admin and the second with HR. Then an in person was scheduled for 5 separate panel interviews consisting of group members.

The asked a lot of interpersonal questions since I would be dealing with a varied group of people.

Interview
Two part process: first part is a one-hour phone screen, second part is a face-to-face interview that lasts three hours. The first hour is typically meeting with HR, the second hour is with two peer staff members, the third hour is with the supervisor/management team.

Pretty standard interview questions for the type of position I was interviewing for: describe a situation of conflict and how you resolved it, how do you prioritize your workload, what are your strengths and areas of improvement, etc.
