Phone interview followed by in person interview. Asked about 15 general interview questions, including explaining a difficult situation you've encountered & how you handled it, why you want to work here, etc. Was warned about the low pay which was odd but true. JHH is one of the worst paying hospitals in the area, if not THEE worst paying.
