Interview
Was contacted after I applied online. No phone interview - jumped right into meeting in person. Met at the office and spoke with three different people. After that was finished I was brought upstairs and sat with the lady who would train me, if I was hired. Everyone was very friendly. They wanted to make sure they were transparent about the position and they also allowed me to ask several questions.
*****I am currently waiting to hear if I got the position.

Interview
Internal interviewing practices are a joke with no standardized cadence. Half the time you are treated like an outside candidate by HR. No communication on decisions leaves a bad taste as an internal candidate.

4 step interview process all done virtual. First with HR. Second with sales director second and third done on the same day, by regional managers in the state that your in.

Describe situations when you overcame objections and were different then everyone else on a sales presentation.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Kuala Lumpur) in July 2022
Interview
The interview process was online with 2 stages. 1 with manager and another with General Manager. I didn't have to take any leave since they are located overseas. Had a few negotiations until we closed the deal.
