Hiring manager is ok, know his stuff well, HR not good. Seems benefit is not flexible. The whole session is pretty straight forward and as long you have experience required it wont be difficult. But you can tell that if HR is not flexible on job title and slight adjustment and package, the company is rigid and not able to retain talents for long.
