I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Grand Rapids, MI) in Sept 2015
Interview
Started off half an hour HR phone interviews, about hour long manager phone interview, almost half day on-site team interview, and several rounds of salary requirement negotiations. Background check plus proof of college degree took a while.

Interview
I was asked to interview 5 days after I applied, because they said they needed the position filled ASAP, so I figured it would be a speedy process but.... During the interview process, three of six the interviewers were 30 to 60 minutes late for my 1 on 1 interviews. Most of them seemed unprepared. After the interview I heard nothing back until I sent messages inquiring about the position . Overall they spent 10+ weeks after the interview saying they were preparing an offer, just to tell me the job was deleted weeks later via email. This was the Worst interview experience I've ever had. Very unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Vandalia, OH) in June 2015
Interview
Interview with (5) people. Interview when well . We degusted the requirement that the person need to the job. We talked about my experience in my pass jobs. They feel I could do the job ok, but they feel I was to old and wanted some one younger for the job.
