The company came to recruit interns from our campus' through the placement cell. It opened only for chemistry and chemical engineering students. Out of the 20 students shortlisted, 2 were finally selected, both from the Chemical Engineering department. There was resume shortlisting, followed by a technical interview. The interview had questions pertaining to chemical processes like catalysis and inorganic analysis.

contacted by phone for confirmation for availability to attend online interview session. fully in english, online through google meet with a senior department role, enjoyable, casual yet be presentable. Was asked to walk through our resume then show relevant project made during university time.

Interviewers were rude and dismissive of my introductory statements. The hiring manager was more concerned with his personal accomplishments. Overall, the atmosphere was hostile and unwelcoming. I never received any feedback after the interview until HR asked when I was going to start.

They went through my resume background, and they digged more about my experience based on that. There are two people interviewed me, they were both team members of the hiring position. The hiring manager didn't show up. It was a very casual interview, the interviewers are nice and friendly. It is not like a typical formal interview. Overall is great experience
