2 stage interview, possibly 3. First interview is phone interview with HR Manager. She asked few questions about the my interest in this job, why I left my previous job, how do I manage people ans set expectations, why do you kknow about Johnson Matthey. 2nd interview with Production Manager and HR. Interview took approximately 1.5 hours in a room with no windows. The Production Manager asked few question about previous jobs that I have held in the past. Why I joined and why I left were asked. Do you experience working with union employees and how you resolve conflict between workers. Have you involved in disciplining workers and how you did it and what was the outcome? I noticed when I was answering all the situation based questions, the Production Manager was keeping looking at his BB smartphone and scrolling. I deemed that as very unprofessional and lack of intituation to be be involved in an interview process. I assume he has a weak style of management, according to my book and perhaps that's the reason the previous person left the job. I was not impressed after I left the interview. I'm glad they did not call me for the next stage!
