      Marketing Executive Interview

      10 Feb 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Fulwood, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Johnsons Workwear (Fulwood, England) in Dec 2021

      Interview

Once I applied for the role, I had a great phone call with the in-house recruitment consultant who asked me about myself and explained about the role and the team. I then received an email a few days later inviting me to an interview from the Marketing Manager with all details including when, where and what I would need to bring with me. The interview itself was brilliant, I was welcomed in by the Marketing Manager and Senior Graphic Designer and then asked questions about myself, my career history, examples of where and how I had used Digital Marketing, about my strengths and improvement areas and so much more. The interview lasted just over and hour and I was told that I would hear back whether I was successful or not. I then got an email that same evening telling me that I was successful and an offer of the job role from the Marketing Manager, which I happily accepted.
