Standard interview process, definitely important to have sales experience & understanding of upselling tactics to meet standard metrics such as : UPT, DPT, EMAC etc. Also I'd add that it's important to emphasize any customer service skills you have. Customer service is something this company prides themeselves on. Overall it's a couple things they're looking for, sales-minded employees, great customer service, & problem solvers who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

At our store we try want to sell multi's (multiple pair of shoes) or keep UPT of atleast 3 (units per transaction) if a customer wants to try/buy a shoe, what are some tatics that you can use to ensure that they purchase either another shoe or accessory?

We use something called a PRIDE Model, we critique and use this tool for performance reviews. Very simple stuff, for interviews, phone and in person. Just be yourself and show you have the Passion to do the job and show off alot of enthusiasm but also take things seriously. We will teach you everything, but if you cant show the effort we wont bother
