Quick, over email scheduling, backroom. Manager was friendly, responsive, and got things done. Everyone working there was stylish. Store front was clean and tidy. The boutique was lit up, had great pieces, great furniture, great interior design.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Joie (Pasadena, CA) in June 2018

Very efficient, I dropped off my resume and they called me back for an interview the next day, and also get the offer two days later. The manager at the time was very sweet and seemed like her genuinely cares about my personal development and was helpful in giving me feedback, both professionally and personally.

Interview
Interview consisted of three parts: phone interview with store manager, Skype interview with east-coast manager, and an in-person interview with both the manager and assistant manager of the store. Then they really do call your recommendations so make sure to put real people there! The process is long, however once you're in - it's a great company to work for. They really care about you and want to keep you close.
