I applied for an Admin Support role at Joii, and my experience with their hiring process was disappointing.
To begin with, they were not transparent about the interview process. There was no clear information provided about the number of interview stages, what to expect in each stage, or the overall timeline. As a candidate, this lack of clarity made it difficult to prepare adequately and left me feeling unsure about where I stood in the process.
After my interview, I waited weeks for any feedback or update on my application status, only to be met with silence. It seems the company is incapable of providing candidates with basic courtesy, such as informing them whether they passed or failed.
As a candidate, this lack of communication and clarity reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and respect for applicants' time. I hope Joii improves its recruitment process to align with industry standards and treat candidates with the consideration they deserve.
