Join Parachute Change Control Manager interview questions

Spoke to recruiter with positive results, moved to second round with hiring manager, one week later I received a call saying I wasn't chosen despite how well my qualifications met the job. I only want to say that despite the decline for hiring, I really appreciated the recruiter calling vs. sending the canned email that everyone else sends. I really respect this approach and wish the company well in achieving their mission.
