A complete and frustrating waste of time. Your interviewer will just be reading off a script from 2001 with an accent so thick you will barely be able to understand a word. Most of the questions they ask are not applicable to the actual job. Don't even think about giving them references to check unless you have a burning desire to completely anger your references. Unless you are desperate for a gig, don't bother applying to this outfit.
