The company works hard to promote from within, otherwise they usually use a recruiter. I met with a recruiting agency and had one in-person interview on site. Interview lasted about 45 minutes, and management was easy to talk with.

The interview process was pretty easy. Four step process 1) phone interview with recruiter 2) in person interview with team members 3) in person interview with manager 4) In person interview with Glenn Jones. They will run your information through a verifying software program so be honest on your resume and throughout the interview process.

Contacted and phone interview by Director took 45 minutes. Next stage was one on one intervview with hiring manager which was the next day. It was a psychological interview. There was a right answer and a wrong answer, about five pages worth of guestions. They are big on growth right now. Give you the tools and training to suceed. However, some managers are real micro-mangers. It' would agreat place to work.
