The talent acquisition manager got in touch with me after looking at my profile on LinkedIn. I had 3 interviews, the first was an informal conversation with the talent acquisition manager, the second was a face-to-face with the hiring manager and the last was with the hiring manager again and the head of the department.
The interviews were a great balance of competency questions and personality compatibility questions. Nothing felt fake/forced, all interviews were engaging conversations as opposed to uncomfortable grilling.
