I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Indianapolis, IN) in Mar 2017
Interview
I had 4 phone interviews. The first interview was with the recruiter. The recruiter then scheduled an interview with the hiring manager, then followed up with an interview with the director. The final interview consisted of an informal conversation with someone ins a similar role.

Interview
Interviewed over phone and via text messaging through a very unprofessional recruiter out of Chicago. Was very estatic over phone and enthusiastic about qualifications and mentioned that I was fully qualified for role. Continued to text my personal cell phone while I was working at current job asking salary range questions. Felt that texting my personal phone was extremely unprofessional. Mentioned the hiring manager would be contacting me asap for onsite interview and then within hours completely fell off the map and left me hanging. I waited 2 days to see if maybe there was a salary negotiation occuring behind the scenes as the position was offering a very low salary for the requirements. Heard nothing in return to my email. Very disappointed to be lead on and told I was perfect and would be hearing from manager; multiple texts, calls ect.. to just nothing. I would not want to work for a company so unprofessional. Communication is essential to good business practices.
