Interview process was a regular one, basic questions about personal life and my priorities. Also they wanted to know where i see my self, 3 years from now.They also including the senior management in the interview and they had more relaxing questions to ask. They do try to break you at some point but confidence will save you.

3 rounds for interview, 1 to JLL HR, 2 rounds under client. Relatively quick process with the interview rounds all held within 2 weeks. It was really smooth and no tests and presentations were needed

Question 1
What was one challenge you had, and how did you overcome it?
Video interview through teams with two directors. The atmosphere was relaxing and it lasted around 30 minutes. Overall it is a good experience. After the interview, hr informed the result in one week.
Met with the HOD in a bar outside of work hours - got offered the next day. Process was fairly simple and it's a small industry. Largely chatted to understand each other better.
