Interview process was very quick and thorough. Went through the job description and my work history. Had a 2nd Interview with the temp covering the role and finally an interview with the client face to face.
Late in game phone screen. Felt like job already filled. A lot of background questions, felt more like an actual interview than a first step. Have not heard back and recruiter put it on me to track

Invited in for an interview to the building, questions seemed to be a set process but the interviewers struggled with them because of a lack of preparation in advance. Was shown around the building while waiting for the Interviewer to become available.

Shortly after submission of curriculum vitae, an interview invite was schedule, and this was done on a teams call, questions was asked by the HR representative, questions was asked by the engineering manager, questions was asked by the facilities director.
