I applied online. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Norwich, England) in Apr 2023
Interview
Standard interview where I was asked ten competency related questions. It was totally online and tool about 45 minutes to complete. Was a friendly atmosphere and the interviewers were friendly and welcoming.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (London, England) in Apr 2021
Interview
Very poor experience. Interviewed by two people. Neither of them had anything prepared. Recited the job description to me, both of them were trying not to laugh. They had not read my CV and were not interested in talking to me. There were continued awkward silences and repeated instants of neither of them knowing what to say or ask. They were not professionally dressed or presented. Asked very few questions which had not been thought out. Diabolical experience from what is supposed to be a professional and well organised company. Withdrew after the interview, so did not receive a result.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle (Norwich, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
I applied through recruitment agency and took me 3 weeks till the confirmation of interview. The office is not hard to find, near the city centre of Norwich. I was interviewed by the department manager and a recruitment manager. They both asked me questions, about my CV and some competency based questions. The whole interview took me 30 minutes. I asked some questions related to the future plans of department as well as the company to show my enthusiasm and research towards the company. I am pretty sure I did good, if not perfect and asked some good questions. Still got rejected, perhaps because of my accent as I am not a native English speaker.
