Interview
VERY VERY VERY VERY LONG interview process, I didn't even know this was a standard in this field. The actual questions were pretty similar. Like why jll, why real estate, what is your background, some asked where I am from. It was alot of answering similar questions but with different people around the company and as you get more interviews you talk to people higher up.

The interview process was pretty well organized, and they asked a mix of technical and typical personality questions. I interviewed with their energy team and they asked questions on financial modeling, my experience, and specific technical questions on the energy industry.
