Process was smooth. Recruiter contacted me based on the application I submitted, we discussed the position and made sure i would be a fit. I then met with the hiring manager and other executives I would be working. About 5 days later an offer was extended

Phone screen by HR person in another state. Lasted approximately 20 minutes. Everything seemed to go well. He said he would contact me the following day or early the following week regarding next steps. I sent a follow up email but I was ghosted.
