I had one phone interview, no follow up. I reached out to see if I was going to move forward but no response. The woman was very nice but lack of communication comes off as rude.

Phone interview where a couple of roles were identified, very positive. Then had a virtual interview with the potential manager that was positive, second interview with another team member. Then heard absolutely nothing from the recruiter. Didn’t expect to be ghosted by such a big company.
