I interviewed with Jordan Park in about 6-7 interviews over 8 weeks. They really liked me and some members of the team even let it slip that "when I start working" with them, not "if." I made it to the final round and I got cut. One manager wanted to sit in on my final round when she originally wasn't supposed to be there. She had asked me a number of questions about the project I had prepared, cutting off my presentation, and derailed all my confidence for the rest of the interview. After she quickly sent me an email of rejection, I had thanked her and asked for feedback. She then ghosted me, highlighting the professionality of this company.
8 weeks, 7 interviews met with a number of people on the team. Final interview was a project, and they cut me after telling me how much they liked me. 8 weeks.
I applied online. I interviewed at Jordan Park (San Francisco, CA) in May 2022
Interview
JPG had a pretty streamline interview process. HR was pretty quick to get back and set up calls. Consisted of 30 minute call with people officer, then super day with 3 30 min calls with head of HR, and 4 analysts. At the end you have to present a case study.. They say there is no right answer for the case study but there clearly is given that I did not get the job.
