1st round with recruiter over Zoom - 30 minute chat with very general questions. 2nd round in office where you meet 4+ people - all behavioral but seemingly unorganized. Had to wait 5 to 10 minutes between each interview and no one knew who I was scheduled to speak with next. Said they would follow up for another interview but then completely ghosted.
