Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Really seemed unprepared to conduct interviews. Discussed my work history, asked a few technical questions related to the job they were interviewing for. They seemed to not really know what they wanted. Of the people on the list they gave me, spoke only with 4 of 6, 2 people were not in the facility at the time even with more than a months notice. Was locked out for a time at the gate waiting to get in. Never did hear from them as to whether they decided to hire someone or not. Suggest take them not very seriously.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Joule Unlimited (Bedford, MA) in June 2015
Interview
Applied online, follow-up phone screen, then on-site interviews with several members of the team.
One of the worst interviewing experiences I have ever had. Process very disorganized, misleading information, bad culture. Ended up being a waste of time. Process was not very unprofessional and the whole experience was surprising given that a company with a great underlying technology manages their hiring and recruiting in this manner.
