I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Journeys (Scottsdale, AZ) in Dec 2022
Interview
Very relaxed and welcoming. It feels more like a natural conversation rather than being interrogated with questions. It's only a part-time position so don't expect to need a list full of experience, just one or two jobs previously would work.

Question 1
What's an example of how you have handled situations with people in a team setting?
It includes an interview with one of their managers with behavioral and experience based interview questions. They may ask for a phone screening with a manager as well. The whole process shouldn't take more than a few weeks.

Interview
It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
