Interview
There were (2) virtual interviews with VP level team members, then an in-person interview with the founder. I removed myself from consideration after the 3rd interview. I felt that it would not be a good cultural fit.

It was suggested that I do multiple personality quizzes to determine if I would be a could fit for the leadership position.

Interview
Met with a recruiter and was moved along to hiring manager. The interview was over zoom and went quite well. Final step was meeting CEO. That interview went very different as I felt the CEO and hiring manager were not aligned or on the same page as to the job they were hiring for. I never heard back from them again. I have never experienced something so unprofessional.
I had two rounds of interviews with no follow up or response afterward. I got my dream job so I wasn't upset. It is unprofessional to not let someone know.
