Interview
I applied online, and after about 2 weeks after that I was emailed a personality quiz, and three days after that, I was emailed for an interview. There were three rounds of interviews, and then a "discussion" with an outside consultant that is affiliated with the organization and used to work there. Each interview was about an hour long, and the discussion was about an hour and a half.
