I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Jubilant Bhartia (Noida) in Nov 2025
Interview
Easy to follow and quick. More number of rounds for senior role and supportive recruiter. Set the salary expectations clearly at the beginning. It eases the process and saves time.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Jubilant Bhartia in Apr 2021
Interview
Worst experience ever. Do not apply into this company (Jubilant Foodworks Ltd) ever. (No company listed as Jubilant Foodworks Ltd so posting here)
Applied through some recruitment agency.
So there were two rounds of interview.
First round was scheduled, and the interviewer asked me all JS/react questions and then feedback shared with HR that my experience in react is less than as expected, so they think that I am not a good fit for the lead position but a very good fit for the SSE role, and I agreed with this decision.
Now, the second round was scheduled, the interviewer asked me whatever was written in my résumé and discussion over API and some very good scenarios. Feedback is +ve as per interviewer and shared with HR.
Now the nightmare begins.
HR shared that "Congratulations, you are selected" and asked for some document.
I shared all the documents.
Now I'm waiting for HR's response.
2 days passed... 5 days passed... 10 days passed... Around more than a month passed...
(I send a reminder by mail time to time but didn't receive any response from HR side)
And one day HR replied, and she explained that some Corona situation at her end was the reason why she didn't respond... Okay, that's fine, no issue. In this critical time we should cooperate with each and everyone.
And the HR discussion happened over the phone, and she told me that she would share the offer letter this coming Monday (there is no discussion about the salary or package or anything).
And again the waiting period started... 2 days passed... 5 days passed. 10 days passed. Called HR multiple times, but she didn't reply... Send multiple reminders by mail, but, as usual, no response.
And after 20 days at one in the morning the consultant called and said that HR is saying that whatever package you were asking for we cannot give you, and we cannot go ahead further.
WHATTTTTTTT there was no discussion about the package or salary or anything. So where did the point ask for more packages come from?
And they are saying that JUBILANT is a brand name... WTF... HA HA HA
This nature of HR is showing that this company is not employee friendly. And my request is to hire some professional HR.
Was easy as cutting cake. They expect you to have good knowledge of the industry that they are hiring for. If you are eligible for the position, it is easy to crack the interview.
