If I can get the time wasted from applying to this company I would. I made it to the second to last round which was meeting the hiring managers. Ultimately decided with someone else which I get, but it’s more about the weeks upon weeks of getting the run around and completing an assignment of their CURRENT ads that’s absolutely insane. I should have bowed out of the process then because I hadn’t even spoked to the hiring managers at that point, but ultimately they got A+ ad account analysis out of me. Not only can their process be streamlined, but also they’re lowballing the salary for obvious senior work

It went well, seems like a good company, reviews were a bit nervewracking, but they may have improved by now. They wanted a relocation, for definitely not enough salary, otherwise would try it out!

First round was a basic screening call with their HR. It was fine, very simple and straightforward, clearly was reading off a script and list of questions. Second round was with the Managing Director, Julian. Firstly, he was late to the call. He was very condescending and kept interrupting me. He was clearly doing something else on his other screen during the whole call and kept acting like he had somewhere else to be. He actually admitted he didn't know a lot about email marketing yet kept making condescending comments. He clearly had a preconceived opinion about me because the way the conversation was going, I felt like I didn't get a chance to actually answer anything without him interrupting. It was a super horrible experience and I felt very uncomfortable the entire time, I considered just hanging up. He then cut the call off abruptly saying he had to go and I never heard from him again.
