Straightforward. The people I met were very nice and I felt very comfortable. I didn't make it past the second interview. I did reapply for a junior version of the role and wasn't considered.

If I had to guess, the predictive index probably filters a lot of people out. If you're into thinking within frameworks, you'll probably enjoy the process. And my interviewer was friendly.

There's an initial application, then a predictive index assessment (personality test), then a culture interview with a current strategist, then a case study, and a final round with another case.
